What happened
Multiple students report receiving HR or marketing internship offers through Sphere (often listed alongside spehre.io and the Lernx ecosystem). After joining, the real work is selling Lernx/Sphere paid courses to friends and classmates—not HR or marketing tasks. Interns describe being asked to enroll 2–3 people before getting access, escalating recruitment targets, and conditional stipends that are never paid. Former participants also report harassment and fake legal notices when they speak out online.
Why it seemed suspicious
Pyramid-style recruitment model, course-selling disguised as internships, no real interviews, stipends tied to sales performance, and links to lernx.io/spehre.io reported across LinkedIn and student forums.
